Neat were appointed by a private client to extend and entirely refurbish a large chalet in the resort of Val D’Isere, France.  We worked closely with the client to adapt the existing chalet to meet their needs and those of the luxury chalet leasing market.

At ground level the entrance sequence was re configured to create an arrival sequence commensurate with a chalet of this size and position.  Together with a private boot room an entirely new spa and wellness suite was created.

On the upper floors of the chalet three of the five bedrooms were substantially increased in size and re organised to maximise the existing views and flood the rooms with light.  New en suite bathrooms were created for all five bedrooms.

Along side the refurbished living and dining spaces a private study was formed from an underused and forgotten external terrace.
